Standard terms for students, fellows, and enterprise teams enrolling in the AI Workforce Academy or engaging engineering sprint services.

14-Day Full Refund Guarantee

Complete Module 1 of any Academy program. If you find the systems depth isn't what you need, email support@getfless.com within 14 days for a 100% refund.

Lifetime Curriculum Access

Enrollment grants ongoing access to updated modules, production templates, and model architecture revisions as the agent ecosystem advances.

Performance-Based Certification

Certification requires shipping an AI employee that satisfies automated contract test suites and human capstone review.

Founding cohort rates are anchored to your device token. Complete registration during the 12-hour reserve window to lock in pricing.

1. Enrollment Agreement

By enrolling in an AI Workforce Academy program (Level 1 Foundation, Level 2 Builder, Level 3 Professional, or Level 4 Expert), you agree to these Terms. You receive non-exclusive, individual access to course modules, reference code repositories, and weekly architect office hours.

2. 14-Day 100% Refund Policy

Zero-Risk Guarantee

If within 14 calendar days of your enrollment date you complete Module 1 and determine the engineering rigor does not meet your needs, email support@getfless.com. We will refund 100% of your tuition payment immediately.

3.12-Hour Device Urgency & Pricing Lock

Promotional founding cohort tuition is tethered to your browser device token (fless_device_id). The countdown ensures the discounted rate is reserved for 12 hours from your initial session. Once expired, tuition reverts to standard list pricing.

4.Capstone Evaluation & Certification

Certification credentials are non-transferable and require:

Submitting an agent codebase passing 80%+ on automated contract test suites.
Configuring deterministic 5-tier escalation logic with human approval boundaries.
Receiving sign-off from Tobiloba Odejinmi or an assigned academy architect.

5.Corporate Invoicing & Employer L&D

We issue detailed tax invoices, receipts, and credential documentation for corporate reimbursement. Contact teams@getfless.com for team seat allocations and direct wire/invoice checkout.
