Card payments are processed directly by Stripe and Paystack. No credit card or banking secrets are ever stored on our servers.
1.Scope & Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to personal and technical data collected through tobilobaodejinmi.com, the AI Workforce Academy, sprint consulting engagements, and related software platforms.
We adhere to strict data privacy principles under GDPR (EU/UK), NDPR (Nigeria), and CCPA (California). We gather only the minimum data required to deliver high-touch engineering advisory, cohort instruction, and digital credential issuance.

- Contact & Account Details: Name, work email address, company name, billing address, and GitHub/Discord handles for project reviews.
- Device Telemetry: A pseudonymous browser-generated key (
fless_device_id) stored locally in browser storage. This powers our 12-hour per-device price reserve for academy cohorts and safeguards against checkout abuse. - Engineering Deliverables: Repository links, architecture blueprints, and benchmark logs shared during consulting sprints or capstone defenses.
- Payment Information: Handled entirely through Stripe and Paystack. We do not store or transmit raw payment card credentials.
3.Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure
Client & Student IP Ownership Guarantee
Every system architecture, prompt schema, agentic state engine, and business rule built during consulting sprints or academy tracks remains the exclusive intellectual property of the client or student. We do not retain, re-license, or open-source your proprietary workflows.
4.Cookie & Storage Preferences
We do not sell data to data brokers or use invasive cross-site ad tracking. Our storage is limited to essential session state:
