1.Enrollment & Program Access
By enrolling in an AI Workforce Academy track (Foundation, Builder, Professional, or Expert), you receive non-exclusive, non-transferable individual access to the course portal, video walkthroughs, system blueprints, and code templates.
Account sharing is not permitted. Access tokens, Discord community invites, and LMS credentials are tied to your personal student profile.
2. 14-Day 100% Refund Policy

We want serious practitioners. If within 14 calendar days of your enrollment date you complete the Module 1 exercises and feel this program does not deliver real systems value, email support@getfless.com. We will refund 100% of your fee immediately.
Note: Students who have already received their final certified digital credential or completed full capstone defense are not eligible for a refund.
3.12-Hour Device Urgency & Pricing

4.Capstone Evaluation & Certification
Certificates are not participation trophies. To earn your verified credential:
- Your AI employee repository must achieve an 80%+ passing score across automated contract evaluation suites.
- You must demonstrate deterministic error handling and a working 5-tier escalation path.
- Your capstone submission must be reviewed and signed off by lead instructor Tobiloba Odejinmi or an assigned senior architect.
5.Employer Invoicing & Team Sponsorship
We provide formal tax invoices, receipts, and syllabus documentation for employer learning & development budgets. If your organization is sponsoring your enrollment or purchasing multi-seat licenses, contact teams@getfless.com for direct procurement billing.
6. Production Liability Disclaimer
We teach production architecture and fail-safe patterns. However, you and your company are solely responsible for configuring security boundaries, API keys, rate limits, and compliance controls before connecting any autonomous agent to live production databases or third-party financial systems.
