We never use student capstone code, assignment submissions, or proprietary architecture files to train or fine-tune public foundation models.
100% Student IP Ownership
Every AI employee, state engine, tool gateway, and workflow you build during this program belongs entirely to you or your sponsoring employer.

Payment processing is handled through Stripe and Paystack. Your credit card data never touches our application servers.
Encrypted at Rest & In Transit
All telemetry, learner profiles, and capstone submissions are encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest.
1.Scope & Purpose
When you enroll in our programs (AI Workforce Foundation, Builder, Professional, or Expert), participate in weekly office hours, or take assessment tests, we collect only the minimal data necessary to deliver your training and issue your verified credentials.
This policy covers our website (tobilobaodejinmi.com), the Academy portal (/academy), and related course tools.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account & Enrollment Data: Your name, email address, company name, job role, and Discord/Slack username for cohort communications.
- Device & Telemetry Data: A browser-generated anonymous token (
fless_device_id) stored in your local storage. This enables our 12-hour per-device price guarantee, prevents coupon spoofing, and preserves your checkout preferences across sessions. - Course Submissions & Code: Git repository links, architecture diagrams, and test logs submitted for milestone reviews and capstone defense.
- Payment Information: Transaction identifiers and payment status provided by Stripe or Paystack. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank login details.
3.Intellectual Property & Student Code
Your Code Remains Your Code
You retain complete, exclusive ownership of all source code, business workflows, custom prompts, and AI employee topologies created during the course. We do not claim any licensing, patent, or distribution rights over your work.
Instructors only view your repository code for the purpose of code review, grading, and answering technical questions during weekly office hours.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We do not use invasive third-party ad retargeting trackers. We use local storage for functional purposes:
